Policolchões delivers its products to continental Portugal and the islands
In the Lisbon district, our staff takes care of the delivery and assembly of the products.
For other locations, delivery is made by courier and does not include assembly (which can be done at an additional cost, if requested).
After collection by the carrier at our warehouse, delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days in Lisbon, and 2 to 4 working days in continental Portugal.
The customer will be contacted by SMS with information on the day and time of delivery (normally made in the morning or afternoon), and it is not possible to schedule an exact time.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility, to confirm that the products fit in the entrances to their home.
Delivery time
- Products in stock are dispatched immediately by courier, or the delivery by our crew is scheduled as quickly as possible.
- Products that are not in stock await supply from the manufacturer, and the average time is indicated on the product page.
- In Lisbon district, as a rule delivery will be made within 1 to 2 working days after products are available, between 9-13h and 15-19h.
- In mainland Portugal, the carrier collects it from our warehouse and delivery usually takes place 2 to 4 working days later.
- For Azores and Madeira islands, after dispatch delivery occurs between 5 and 10 working days later (depending on the destination, the volume of the order and the availability of the carrier).
Shipping cost
- Pick up at store: customers can pick up the products at one of our mattress stores in Lisbon, without any delivery cost.
- Delivery in Lisbon or Setúbal districts: purchases equal or over €300.00 are eligible for free delivery in the following municipalities: Lisbon, Amadora, Cascais, Loures, Odivelas, Oeiras, Almada and Barreiro. In other more distant municipalities, delivery costs are the same as in mainland Portugal.
- Delivery in South Portugal: products equal or over €500.00/unit are elegible for free delivery. Products bellow that value will have a delivery cost.
- Delivery in Center and North of Portugal: products equal or over €600.00/unit are elegible for free delivery. Products bellow that value will have a delivery cost.
- Delivery to the Azores and Madeira islands: Products of any value will always incur a delivery fee. To find out the delivery cost for your order, simply select the destination on the order form.
The delivery cost for your order will be calculated and displayed, using the delivery address entered on the order form.
After receiving your order, we will get back to you, confirming both the delivery cost and deadline.
